This time right on the beach! A 5 minute stroll
along the beach from the little fising village of Cumbuco.
This exciting new seaside project of the morning sun, afternoon
shade and to gain full use of the ever present cooling sea breeze.
The apartment building has been strategically located on the block,
and each one of the spacious apartments has been carefully designed
to gain the maximum advantage of a seashore life style. All bedrooms,
living rooms and even the kitchens has ocean views, each one of
the rooms opens onto a large veranda offering a panoramic vista
across the large lawns and tropical garden area, with its´
swimming pool and BBQ/outside entertaining area, leading out onto
its´ own private beach.
The large verandas are an intricate part of the Cumbuco Penthouse
concept, as it is from there that "seashore life style"
is enjoyed to the fullest - taking morning coffee or breakfast watching
the sunrise and the"jangadas" (small fishing boats) putting
out to sea to make their daily catch, from there too, later in the
afternoon watch the colours soften into incredible shades of sunsets,
and even later watch the moon rising up out of the sea, initally
as a big red ball of fire and gradually shifting in colour to lighten
up the clear skies and cast a silver shimmer over the sea.
Water and wind sport participators are also well provided for, as
there is a large "guarderia"(lock up store room) in which
there is a separate locker for each apartment.
In the project, each apartment has its own space in the parking
area. For maintenance and security there will be daytime gardener/caretaker
and a nightwachman, to allow all to relax and enjoy all in peace
